The self-service setup felt a bit unusual, but I can confidently say that this was the best smoked white fish I've ever had! I've tried it at several places in Michigan and Wisconsin, but this one stood out as the finest. It's perfect on crackers or paired with a simple mixture of cream cheese, green onion, and smoked fish. Absolutely delicious! View all feedback.

Cool experience! Had 3 different fish still at 5 PM. Very fresh within last day.
3 out of 3 boxes are huge successes. Tried Whitefish from a guy's recommendation awhile ago. Delicious. Today we bought 2 boxes of smoked salmon. Incredible! Not too salty very flavorful and moist. Worth going out of your way for this treat.
