Good staff sometimes slow service but overall it’s good

Love their caramel popcorn frappe and chin chin chu cake also there fries and pasta are really good

Worst place in Ludhiana in terms of hospitality... At 6 pm i mean whats wrong with you... No one picks up phone when we reached the place the gateman placed the closed sign at 6pm i mean what the heck.... Tables were free and he says we are closed as we are full when we asked about free tables are he says people are sitting.... What i mean imaginary people.... Never coming back....

Very disappointing. I had a great coffee here last week. This week the flat white soy coffee was watery and flavourless. Our food did not arrive. We had to show our bill for them to bring it. We waited 1 hour for pancakes to arrive and the order was still not correct.

The reason I am giving 4 stars is due to their bad service especially in terms of taking orders at the counter and then taking long long time to complete it. The quality of the food is extremely good. But on my few experiences, there is always a single counter attending customers and that too the person handling is taking her own sweet time. There is no sense of urgency in this cafe. Still a lot of thought and improvements to be done
