I stopped by for an impromptu dinner on a Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised. There's a decent parking lot, just a short walk to the bar entrance. The bar area is beautiful, featuring several wood burners that were lit, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as I arrived at the bar. Great country pub, very friendly atmosphere. The staff are really accommodating and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. The food was lovely and plentiful just what was needed on a cold wet day. We will be returning soon , but will book first so as not to disappointed.
I was out yesterday for sunday lunch to celabrate my nan's birthday, we had a beautiful meal in a very friendly and relaxed pub. Would recommend for sure xx

Just to say what a fantastic and friendly country pub ,, we had our Jo 's. 40th birthday party there yesterday ,, it 's was a beautiful day ,, the food was A class Nikki and Graham were excellent hosts ,.. Thank you to her staff and everyone of the locals who put up with us ... This lovely pub is also ideal for geocaching ,... Good luck Nikki and Graham for the future xxxx
