Chuka is a large bar located in the pizzetta di arcofelice, where the movida is so late at night. We arrived at midnight, but even if the bar was visibly full, they immediately made us sit. Once seated immediately we were provided the menu that is varied and embraces the needs of everyone, but we took two cocktails, the price was 6 euro each. What Giuliana L doesn't like about Chuka:
In the central square of Arco Felice the Chuka is a famous and frequented stage. I've been there several times, for a coffee and not only. Grandpa's coffee is a good reason to stop. And there is a wide, lively offer of pastry and ice cream. The choice is difficult, but not risky. It's the environment that doesn't convince me completely. The room is wide and a bit dispersive and the TV emits full volume music. The veranda instead has plenty of tables, but is not perfectly isolated from the outside. The staff is courteous. Unfortunately, however, I witnessed a waste that the owner did to a bartender for futile reasons. Great fall of style; my solidarity goes to the worker.
No, we're not here. It's winter, it's cold and it's Sunday afternoon... what's the point of giving me a menu with dozens and dozens of varieties of tea if they're available at the end of 3 or 4? Besides the bar is one of the most central of Arco happy. ..has the duty to be super supplied! Inside there are a few tables so all the customers are hijacked in the outdoor veranda that, while having here and a stove (the house of the old aunt, in short, alerts guests with spiffers and real mouths of wind as it is open in the corners. The waiters are insistent while being there a lot of button to call them, order or ask for the account! We were in four and we got two coffees and two teas. The coffee was served with a bottle of water that kindly made you pay (but did not offer once water?! while the two teas in a single boiling water...I don't have a bar but I have to teach you how to do it?
I really like this bar, it is great clean and well organized. The staff is kind and the minimum expectations although it is always crowded. I saw a rich pastry shop and the good coffee mars I ordered arrived accompanied by a candy. Friends have tried salt, portions of chips not really huge but still good. I also recommend it for quick stops!
We arrived at Chuka at midnight on Saturday night, we found parking on the blue stripes around the square (they pay up to 2.00 but with an economic fee) and we settled. The room is very large and has an open-air room and one indoors but, greatness, it absolutely does not affect the quality of the service we found impeccable despite there was a lot of affluence. We ordered two cocktails a japan ice tea for my boyfriend, a version of the Capiroska with fresh strawberries for me; we were served (without being requested), hazelnuts, olives, chips and a sauce with mixed rustics. The atmosphere was pleasant and the non chaotic environment so much that we stopped for more than an hour and a half. At the time of the account, we expected bad surprises for the appetizers that, usually, involve a supplement: no aggunte! The cocktails came 6€ each including a contour, which I really enjoyed. We enter into paying and we are invested by the smell of freshly baked croissants and brioche that we will definitely return to taste.

Along with the drinks there have been offers of chips, hazelnuts, and some delicious appetizers, without any additional price. At the table there were remote controls with which to call the waiter or ask for the account. Positive note, when we went to the box to pay, we were invested by this pleasant smell of freshly baked croissants!
