My beef piece was completely blackened, cooking plates it doesn't clean until the end of the service! a suffocating heat in the restaurant. The bakery terrine had to take the hot as I finished folded in four on the toilet. Cheap but not at all!

Took our money ga... read more My wife and I asked if they were still serving lunch around 1.30pm were told yes but steak and frites which was good as that's what we wanted. Took our money gave us order ticket and then went home. When we asked where our food was the cleaner started the steaks the manager finished them and then we had to wait again so now the steaks were cold whilst he cooked the chips. Complained on their website and got a vague apology. No offer of any recompense at all
