No doubt that with such precision in cooking, tastes, products, service, the art of the table, the sommery (superb wine map), it is very quickly left for a tour... or two... For us, a faultless from the beginning to the end thanks also to a pretty ballet in the hall orchestrated by Pierre Lelièvre. That evening, Dome Miéral, Saint-Jacques dive, truffle of Richerenches in a menu at 95 euros... a snorkel... A great address from the region, two great talented associates. Gentlemen hat!

The dishes wer... read more A place to discover and recommend! The staff's attire is original and very friendly. We were served in a warm atmosphere by very attentive staff. The dishes were beautifully presented, delicious, and sometimes surprising, like the chocolate and black olive combination. A very nice pairing of food and local wines, as well as wines from elsewhere. One regret: not seeing the chef in the dining room at the end of the meal.
