No doubt that with such precision in cooking, tastes, products, service, the art of the table, the sommery (superb wine map), it is very quickly left for a tour... or two... For us, a faultless from the beginning to the end thanks also to a pretty ballet in the hall orchestrated by Pierre Lelièvre. That evening, Dome Miéral, Saint-Jacques dive, truffle of Richerenches in a menu at 95 euros... a snorkel... A great address from the region, two great talented associates. Gentlemen hat!

A starred restaurant at a reasonable price. A good atmosphere in the dining room and in the kitchen. A young team with a freshly won star who deserves to be known for a few small adjustments perhaps. The meal is excellent, very fragrant, pretty dishes and presentation. Quite clean and distinct aromas, the chef loves fennel put in almost all dishes (if someone doesn 't like it they might be a little embarrassed). The only downside for me concerns the wines, they are quite atypical, we didn 't enjoy them with the food. Just one very particular rosé, the house cocktail also stands out a little for me, it 's more of a digestive, it 's extremely sweet. I couldn 't drink it with the meal otherwise it would spoil all the chef 's work. Afterwards it 's a personal opinion, there are 3 of us who took different wines and drinks and it didn 't suit us but tastes and colors cannot be discussed

Always a touch of the unexpected that makes the dish exceptional. And with the wine pairing it’s even better. Deprivations to the entire team, kitchen and room.
