I expected something more.. for the love of truth my courses were good, but they lacked that extra quid that you expect after articles in national newspapers. Some dishes could be saved.. a little later in the kitchen... It should not happen, but it happens, and that's why they give more chance. Some dishes, however, devoid of ...sapori, Some contrasts cancel each other losing scents and flavors if not wisely used so much to say... they know neither meat nor fish.. Exceptional compensation service, but we stayed in a few in the room. Sympathy so much that it compensated and made cmq in the evening pleasant. I recommend to the chef! Taste the final product that is then thought to serve at the tables. Appetizer better than the first, seconds..ops attention to cooking times. It is not a refusal but an exhortation to do better.. There's a good base. I'm sure Px will be better.

One of the top meals I had in the region during my recent trip to Italy. I even got a chance to talk to Chef Mirko and his dad a little. Their tasting menu options are flexible, so I did their choose-whichever-you-want and took 4 dishes and added a dessert. 62 euros for dinner June 2024, very reasonably priced. I tried their uovo purgatorio, the squid ink and seafood ravioli (so good! , the salted eggnog sauce on a stuffed lamb donut, the pork belly with carrot sauce and anise (most delicious plate of the night , and their chocolate and peanut tart. The only thing a bit off was the tart because when it crumbled, the entire crust fell apart and it wasn't fused to the filling, so you had to work to get a bite of everything. Nonetheless, this place is very worth it to visit Lucera.
