What Manuele Bianco dislikes about Coquus:
August 2022. Location of modest size but very nice. Fish-based lunch disappointed all the diners, vanifying the expectations of someone who knew the shef. The packaged courses minimizing the ingredients and although the fish seemed to be fresh enough was almost non-existent and medium/low quality. The wines did not stand out. Just enough room staff. Total evaluation 5-. Unconsigliato for lovers of good cuisine. View all feedback.

I recommend entrusting you to the chef for his skill in the mix of goat matching. from the focaccia as a herd until dessert. wine is just as good. Even the grappa sought in the aid of digestion . local attention to detail and also the smile of the chef will win you. That's really good.

One of the top meals I had in the region during my recent trip to Italy. I even got a chance to talk to Chef Mirko and his dad a little. Their tasting menu options are flexible, so I did their choose-whichever-you-want and took 4 dishes and added a dessert. 62 euros for dinner June 2024, very reasonably priced. I tried their uovo purgatorio, the squid ink and seafood ravioli (so good! , the salted eggnog sauce on a stuffed lamb donut, the pork belly with carrot sauce and anise (most delicious plate of the night , and their chocolate and peanut tart. The only thing a bit off was the tart because when it crumbled, the entire crust fell apart and it wasn't fused to the filling, so you had to work to get a bite of everything. Nonetheless, this place is very worth it to visit Lucera.
