Best Wok - Lucedale

So ordered the Phoenix and dragon it was mostly onions that were not cooked and 5 small shrimp the chicken was tuff and not good , friendly folks but I go there to be fed , will not go there again

No MSG! We had egg rolls, General Tao Chicken, Curry pork with roasted rice and hot acid soup. Would order everything again. Delicious. The egg rolls were crispy outside and juicy inside. The curry had exactly the right amount of spices and a generous amount of vegetables. General Tao had a nice brownish taste instead of a heavy sweetness as I had in other places. The soup was full of vegetables. It was very good. We ordered large sizes of everything. We were stuffed and had a lot to take home. This place is a jewel! You have tables and stalls to eat. The atmosphere is simple, but clean. The lady who took our order was very friendly.

Had enough sugar in each of our plates to make a batch of mammal tea! Only bad quality food.

Ordered 2 meals. Cashew shrimp lunch special and vegetable lo mein, regular dinner size. The lunch had lots of carrots, a few cashews, and only 4 shrimp. Only came with rice for the ?special.? I asked for extra veggies for the lo mein, i agreed to the $2 upcharge, but there weren?t many veggies in there at all. Both meals were bland and lacked much flavor. Maybe the other good reviews are just from locals who may not know what tasty Chinese food really is like.

So happy I found this place! Really delicious American style Chinese food! Super friendly staff, quick service and generous portions. Take away orders only right now, due to Covid. I was very impressed with their safety setup. Can definitely recommend if you are craving some Chinese food! Side note: they do accept American Express.
