Stopped quickly to eat while we waited for our hotel to open for check-in. It was well past lunch but they accommodated is anyways. Service was fast and friendly.

As an American traveling to Italy, I've tried many pastries and sandwiches. I was completely blown away by the swift and understanding service (my lack of Italian) and the food was mouth wateringly good!

Better breakfast than all the places inside the walls. If you want to go where the locals go, here's your place. Try the pie made of fresh strawberries.

We have cappuccino and pastries here 4 of our 7 days in Lucca. My daughter even went back and got Croissants for Dessert. She said they were the best croissants she ever had. Try the apricot, clear and chocolate croissants. The cappuccinos were heavy on milk. The staff was friendly and nice. They pack items to take away very nicely.
