One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. And being fermented it will hopefully be easier to digest
I was pleasantly surprised by this pizzeria. What immediately catches the eye (and the palate is the meticulous attention to detail in the ingredients: you can taste the use of top-quality products and various Slow Food Presidia. The pizza is truly remarkable: the dough is incredibly light and easily digestible (no late-night thirst! . Special praise for the cooking: finally, well-cooked pizzas, golden brown, and absolutely not burnt—that 's not a given. I highly recommend starting with the steamed padella focaccia: it 's an experience in itself, fragrant, and also ideal as an aperitif to share. I 'd also add that the location is very charming and well-kept, perfect for a relaxing evening. We 'll definitely be back!
Outstanding pizza and focaccia. Ate here multiple times whilst staying in Lucca.
