With perplexity I approached this restaurant in the nearby outskirts of my city Lucca , not too capacious , décor of elegant dry style at the limit of the attic... read more With perplexity I approached this restaurant in the nearby outskirts of my city Lucca , not too capacious , décor of elegant dry style at the limit of the attic.I recommend myself by the room manager with a tasting menu where I will taste many of the courses on the à la carte menu. I'm rightly asked what I don't like and what I'm allergic to for the rest will be a surprise. A very pleasant surprise not only for the palate but also for the eyes and for the head as well as the heart since each dish is punctually presented to us by the director in all its nuances. At a first approach the courses do not seem abundant, but at the end of the dinner I will understand that of each dish that served was the perfect portion, as perfect will be the whole dinner for quality and quantity, like a painting of Caravaggio or a sculpture of Michelangelo, neither one more taste, nor one less, leaving the place to an enthusiasm and a satisfaction that will remain in the time, contagious, lasting.
