Good patty melt. Disappointingly sparse green chile on the burger. Everybody except the shift manager operating in compound low. Paper towels overflowing the bin onto the men's room floor. Somebody's hair net floating in the commode. No toilet paper in the ladies. Not a happy store. Small wonder the Braum's next door seemed a more popular choice. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
I never had a good experience in this place. In the past we have waited for 45 minutes on the way, and tonight we had to go when no one came to take our order or even acknowledge us when they saw that we were standing at the counter. The ride through was busy, but there were only two others in the dining room. I'm patient, but I lose this patience when I laugh and go on the back. View all feedback.
Almost 2 am, food was fresh and Debra was at the window with amazing customer service! Loved her attitude and she was quick! Highly recommend this location
Place was very well kept up. All was orderly place for easy assess. Food was delicious! Prices were low compared to other places that served the same item(s). Staff all wore masks. Place was not crowed at time I was there. Staff were very politeand profession.
