Wendy's - Lubbock

Love this location! Mrs. Grace and there is a Hispanic young woman who works in the evening who always go above and beyond and literally make each trip feel welcoming. I thank you ladies directly and Wendy's should definitely recognize your excellent performance. Wendy's in general is always pricey, but they have great budget deals too.

Came in for a late dinner. And even though it was getting close to closing time. They treated me with the utmost respect. And the crew was outstanding. Their owner needs to praise those guys their night crew is absolutely spectacular.

I like the changes that have been made in the fry department. Definitely not the worst anymore. Also the 4 for $4 and the $5 biggy bag... Some of the best value for your buck right now.

Burnt French Toast Sticks I will never go in the weekend these kids do not know how to cook. During the weekdays they have great ladies working the kitchen and great customer service. I called and the young lady, the answer didn't even know what to say, she could say: "I'm sorry, let me get your number and I'll reach the manager back to you"!!!!

Wendy's is my favorite fast food joint chain. The burgers are good and are fully loaded, the frits are crispy, and the French toast sticks for breakfast are amazing. Food: 5/5
