The service was extremely slow I waited 15 minutes for my order along with other customers who probably waited longer. The food was not even hot and fresh for waiting so long. The last few visits to Wendy's were unsatisfying including one at 98th and Slide that location ran out of meat and the 2 female employees one being the night manager were very rude! Eating was good and hit the place. Service is always great here. She doesn't stick with the sauces. Food: 5/5
The food wasn't fresh. Stale Bungalow, cold frits, cold hard nuggets. They weren't busy.
