The food is always good. The chicken is on par with what you would expect from any casual dining chicken place. The selection of sauces is great. Though not always consistent. The sauce flavors can vary from visit to visit. The wife loves the chicken and waffles. I just do the strips. The best part is the dessert in the Mason jar. They are all extra yummy. This place is just too inconsistent. You either get great food or bad food. You either get in and out quickly or you wait 30-45 minutes. For what you pay, it’s just not worth it. View all feedback.
I’ll start by saying I’ve never had a major problem here. This time however the food was sub par. My wife’s chicken strips were fine but my sandwich was room temperature at best. The fries were cold and tasted like they were left over from yesterday. Hungry enough i still ate them but was very disappointed with this visit.
We go here all the time atleast twice a week.. Place use to be great. Sadly the last 2 visits have not been. Food is old and cold small tenders
Everything was perfect! The manager is awesome and has his team cranking out orders I've never had a problem, although with this specific order, the tenders were a little tough to chew on they are really nice, though! I'll be back soon for rematch on the tenders, lol
Great food, great service, and friendly staff. Stop here every time I come to Lubbock.
Didn't include ANY of my 4 dipping sauces AND forgot my Mac and cheese, Check your items people...
