Qdoba Mexican Eats - Lubbock

For the first time here. good price, eating was decent would have had more taste. great customer service. my eating was not at the assigned time, the person. I offered a drink because I had to wait for my eating. friendly staff.

I had a great experience here. I hadn't been here in a while. I ordered the steak bowl and added guacamole. The flavors were good and the service was good. The staff was nice and had a friendly smile on their face. I will definitely be back.

Food was great! Guy who made our food was super fantastic and friendly! Girl in green shirt who added extra toppings was snippy and had attitude with every request made. Threw it together and glared at us then slammed it down on the plate and slid to the cashier. Cashier was sweet and accommodating! Then the same girl who had attitude just sat and glared while everyone ate and got on her phone behind the cash register and mingled with two other employees while the others did work.

Service was slow and disjointed. I ordered the same as the person ahead of me, chicken quesadilla, and their server used significantly more ingredients than mine did. Price seemed very high for what I got. I got medium salsa and it had no heat whatsoever. It also tasted funny toe so I didn't finish it. Not worth the visit to me.

We have been in Qdoba several times since moving to Lubbock and normally it’s good but today our experience was awful!!! Not one staff member smiled , there was no ice or soft drinks in the machine and every table in the place was dirty!! I don’t think we will be back!!!
