I had the Ox Tail Pho and Thai Iced Tea with tapioca and I very much approve of them both. (And yes, the tapioca was fresh). Just an FYI they serve the Ox Tail itself in a small bowl with your regular bowl of Pho. Very delicious broth, good amount of meat and noodles. My partner had the Shrimp Pho and very much approves as well. The staff are very sweet too! View all feedback.
What Rudy Meixell doesn't like about Pho District 1:
My last takeout order (I think I went to this place twice, but maybe it was only one time) was short one piece of the already extremely overpriced appetizer I had ordered. They really don't seem to want to deal with takeout orders, like a lot of places--but then they should just not offer them. Otherwise, the food was just okay. I will not be returning. The best Vietnamese restaurants in Lubbock would barely make it... View all feedback.
I tried the pho special, and the broth was lacking on flavor, and I found a small rock in my food, hard to chew by the way, so I stopped eating my food that is a bad sensation, they need to clean the sprouts a little
Amazing food, good service. The rare beef pho is amazing! It's always my go to. I tried the coconut shrimp as an appetizer and it was 10/10.

This place has consistently great food and at a reasonable price! The staff is so friendly and helpful ! We love you Kevin !
My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Lubbock!Their vermicelli bowls are huge and so flavorful, they can make two meals!I love their Taro and Hokkaido Milk Teas; creamy, sweet, nutty and floral goodness, respectively Highly recommend for Vietnamese food, cool atmosphere, and good music!
