Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Lubbock

I was visitng from out of town and decided to stop here for dinner. There are not a lot of restaurants that have vegan options but I knew Pei Wei was one! You can sub tofu and vegetables in for almost all of their menu items! I wish there were a few more vegan options for the appetizers but the vegetable spring rolls were pretty good.Vegetarian options: You can sub tofu and vegetables in almost any menu item!

The people at Pei Wei were super nice! Tended to me as if I were at P.F. Chang’s!!! Excellent customer service, food, and energy. Food was nothing short of exceptional!! Will head back soon. Thank you lady’s for your excellent hospitality and service!!!

First time eating in one of these. Very good food, fast service. They cook to order, which I like. We had a very good experience with them today

We have to come here every time we are in Lubbock!! We love it!!

Not good. Dan Dan noodles were not anything like actual Dan Dan noodles no sesame paste, no fermentation black beans, just some sweet and sour watery sauce. Rice seemed old. Food tasted OK except the chicken in the Dan Dan (don't get me started) tasted old as well.Ordered Dan Dan noodles, some kind of sharable shrimp, and fire cracker chicken.
