What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
ordered on the app, dragged in me said that the systems were down and an hour and half later obviously they were still for an update i work in fast food and our systems takes 10 minutes to update I am 99 percent sure that this lady did not want to take the order and was just lazy I am annoying to the workers they work there and probably did not come back View all feedback.
I am giving this McDonald's five stars not for the overall service and quality, which have disappointed me in the past, but for the exceptional order taker I encountered tonight. They got my order right with a fantastic attitude, and although I wanted to thank them at the window, they were busy taking orders and working hard. Great job!

I received exceptional customer service at every point of contact at my recent visit. I was getting breakfast and was asked to pull to a reserved space to wait for my food. The young lady who brought my food was very courteous. She even asked if I would like to check the bag to make sure everything was there. And it was. Top notch experience! Well done!!!
I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent fast service I received at this restaurant. I have visited twice this week and both times the staff was very polite and friendly, and the food was hot. Despite the busy drive-through, my orders were quickly processed. This location has been awesome.
This mcd always gets my order really rude if I don't understand it. (tauben)
