Very friendly staff that greeted me upon entrance and was patient as I decided what to order.The Sweet Tea was perfect. Full body Tea perfectly sweetened.The Chicken Club was delicious but it was missing the bacon. The bread was warm and soft. What mrerx77 doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
Was really disappointed with this location at the time it was still about 45 mins to close I know it's cutting it close. However placed a $50 order which was a salad the club and a wrap. Thank goodness checked the bag forgot the sides on both orders. Was able to get it solved and taken care off. Just wish it would have been more smooth. Still great food a minor disruption. The food is overpriced but the staff was fast and friendly and the food was pretty danged tasty.
All 3 stars go to the staff. They had a big catering event, so they were short-handed, we waited about 30 min for our order just to find out that there were 2 tickets with our order number so we got the wrong food. Our order never got made. We had to leave due to lunch hour being up. The Mgr refunded our money, no issues, and gave us a few cookies for free for the inconvenience. A few days later, I ordered something on the app for pick up, my order wasn't made right, and they forgot the extras I paid for. Very friendly staff, they probably just need a few more people to make it flow more cohesive.
You have to jump through hoops to order anything, not a customer service friendly business
