Little Panda - Lubbock

I've always dined here without any problems, but today was a different experience. I had my husband pick up an order I placed, and instead of the kids' sizes I requested, they gave me family sizes for everything. The total ended up being $70! I was very clear about what I wanted, yet they still got it wrong. When I called to address the issue, the staff was quite rude and informed me that they do not offer refunds. Their English can be difficult to understand at times, so if you decide to order over the phone, make sure to ask questions repeatedly to ensure they get your order right.

Absolutely a must-try! I called in my order and mentioned to the woman on the phone that I was feeling really unwell, and she kindly offered to bring it to my car—how thoughtful! She truly went above and beyond for me. I’m now a new customer, and I was really impressed with how well the food was packaged. The soup was DELICIOUS, and I'm quite picky when it comes to food! The shrimp was tender and juicy, while the broccoli was cooked to perfection—all at a fantastic price. You should definitely give it a try! I plan on coming back for sure. This food was the best I’ve had in Lubbock, and I've visited five different places! The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. I even tipped her because she absolutely deserved it. A big thank you to the lady who took my order!

I've loved this restaurant since I was a freshman at Tech back in 2011. The sweet and sour chicken is my all-time favorite, and the egg rolls are delicious as well.

This restaurant deserves high praise for offering the best quality and quantity of Chinese food in the area, likely within a five-mile radius or even further (take that, Panda Express!). It's important to support our local businesses!

I dined here for the first time, and I really enjoyed it. I had the bark and broccoli for lunch, and it was excellent. The egg rolls were also delicious!
