Our waitress Habineh was great. Very attentive and made sure our cups were always full. We were very disappointed at how long it took until our food came out. We waited for our food for 45 minutes. To eat the first time there on denny’s on 50th and slide. from the very beginning we were treated very cordially. the host welcomed us in a friendly opportunity. the breakfast was delicious
What got me was, you can tell by looking around that this place was very understaffed. Employees not showing up or just not wanting to work. Anyway, The staff that was there to do their job, did an excellent job. From the moment we walked in, the waitress sat us down, gave us our menus took out drink orders and then gave us time to look at the menu. Meanwhile she's trending to at least 10 other tables that I could see just in the front area. Quickly she returned with our drinks, took our order and always topped up our coffee cup with hot coffee. The waitress being the only waitress in site, never let our cups run empty. Our food came out in less than 8 minutes and it was cooked exactly the way we ordered it and it was nice and hot. Even after delivering our food to the table she came back to make sure everything was fine, we said yes, she said enjoy your breakfast and went on to her other tables. After about 15 minutes she returned and asked if anyone wanted dessert or to go drinks or anything else to which we replied no. She placed the ticket on the table, she said here is your ticket, no rush just whenever you're ready you pay upfront. Thanked us and wished us a great day. Service was amazing even after being short staffed, the waitress nor the cook ever lost their cool with a full house. As a matter of fact when we were walking out the cook was in the back doing his job, whistling a tune. Looked up waved at us and said have a blessed day. That to me was customer service at its finest!!
I am a nation wide transporter. I have eaten at many Denny’s and this is the best Bourban Chicken I have ever been served. Clean restaurant friendly staff and great food.
Great food great service. Family was made to feel so welcome. Ester, our server was amazing. The cooks are always above and beyond when we come during the day. Keep it up.
