I love going to this store. The customer service is phenomenal. I forget the guys name but he’s one of the employees and makes trucks with the ice cream. He truly makes the experience very fun. I can tell he genuinely enjoys doing what he does. Store is very clean too and always smelling GOOD. Highly recommend it!!! View all feedback.

Terrible service. Got a signature and it wasn’t made right. The employee added things I did not asked for and still charged me for them. When I said “that was not what I asked for” he said “well it’s too late now” : View all feedback.
Cold stone is awesome! They have a very friendly and attentive staff. The small tables make it feel like you are sitting in a unique cafe. They have a rotating ice cream flavor of the month and good pre-selected ice cream combos !
It's not my first time visiting a Cold Stone Creamery, but it's been a while. I love the selection and the service. The kids cones are the perfect size. My only complaint is that the ice cream is very soft and melts very fast. I had a mix of chocolate and cheesecake ice cream in a dipped cone, and I loved it.
I love the desert here! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Absolutely amazing Cold Stone Creamery! Stopped in to get a mint mint chocolate chocolate chip and couldn't be happier with the speed that the workers were able to get my order made. I was able to take a seat and enjoy my well deserved ice cream and take in the ambiance provided.
Very nice place. I usually go there when Cold Stone has a Buy one get one offer. One of our recent visit we found a hair in our Chocolate Ice Cream But the guys were really quick to fix it another one and also gave us a complimentary Cone Ice cream.
