read moreChurch’s Chicken has garnered a reputation for inconsistency across its locations. While some patrons rave about excellent service and freshly prepared food, others report unsanitary conditions, incomplete orders, and unhelpful staff. Complaints about long wait times, incorrect menu items, and lack of cleanliness overshadow the positives. Customers highlight the noticeable decline in service quality, especially during staffing shortages. However, certain locations stand out for their commitment to customer satisfaction, embodying the spirit of goodwill and consistent quality. Ultimately, the dining experience appears to hinge on location and staff attitude, leaving diners with varying impressions.
