Burger King - Lubbock

Jayla took such good care of us today she was very sweet this is actually the second time I’ve came in and she was working the last time there was a red hair lady degrading her I’ve been informed she’s gone THANK GOODNESS she was always so mean but jayla deserves a raise she’s such a professional and very kind and efficient

We came to the Burger King on university and waiting for awhile and nobody never ask they didn’t close til midnight. Pass by the window and the manager was standing at the window not taken orders at all turn her head when she saw us. I know everyone work and be tired but that’s their job.Question: How we expect the workers to work n the manager not doing anything!

This Burger King location is pure trash. If you want your order to be correct, the food quality to be good, to receive friendly service expect the dang store to be OPEN when you go to pick up a mobile order at 4:00 pm, then DON'T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT OR PLACE A MOBILE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Save yourself the time, trouble, frustration and money choose a different location to begin with!

This is the third time I go for lunch and the are fn closed durning business hours. Why do t the post. More interested of just locking the damn door. They don’t even say sorry or anything just look at you trying to open true door.

Our food was cold. And fries were old and cold! Called 4 times, and no answer!
