I enjoy the coffee hot cold iced and frozen) made just the way I like it. I also enjoy the snacks and food they offer. The avacado toast with bacon hits the spot everytime but if I crave something different, the sausage egg and cheese croissant is always hot and fresh as well. The store is always clean and the employees so pleasant and helpful. View all feedback.
What Shawn Macha doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
We ordered an Ice Cream cake here a few days before a friend's birthday, put in the order, paid for it and then went to pick it up and they never made it. The name was in the system, and the manager Rob just said they didn't make it, and never tried to rectify the situation. Im going to Marble slab, they're great. View all feedback.
I am starting to think you don?t need customers and/or you don?t care if they have a good experience. I showed up at your establishment at 9:45pm; the internet states it closes at 10pm; I was the third person in line at the drive thru; no one answered the window, I went to the door, it was locked, I went back to the drive thru to make a video and a point at 9:52pm, no one answered. I have made reviews in the past your staff are rude and customers are treated as an inconvenience. There are never ?fancy? waffle cones available and the staff will not make one for me even if there is no one else in the store. There are never ?clown? cones available; those are my one of my four daughters? favorites; I would be one of your best customers, but, sadly your employees? laziness and the lack of respect constantly denies me the ability to spend money at your establishment.
The ice cream was fine. The service was fine. It took a little while because there were only two people working.....which I can understand since it is February and not the typical ice cream season. But, they really need to work faster and clean tables and the bathrooms.
I ordered a birthday cake for my son via the website. I went to pick the cake up at the selected time and was told we don 't have it. I explained my side and was asked So, do you want your money back? I reiterated it was my son 's birthday cake and I still needed it. Magically my ticket was found and luckily I ordered a day early, so they said it could be ready the next day. After waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru for the second time, I was unceremoniously handed my cake with not so much as a sorry for the mix up. I wasn 't looking for a discount or a freebie, just a simple acknowledgement of the inconvenience. I completed the survey on the receipt and was told a manager from that location would reach out to me regarding my negative experience. Guess who never reached out? It seems customer service is not a priority for this location, so don 't expect much if you go here.
Sadly, they seem to be out of everything I have ever tried to order. I get things are limited bc of the shortages but bananas or hot fudge is no excuse when you are literally by a walmart. ???? or want a milkshake? Oh cant bc there are 4 people ahead of you and they have 1 blender and the wait will be 15+ min... um ok? Again, theres a walmart right there to get another lol Its been like that for over a month now. Even if I manage to get what I want, its usually wrong or missing something. So eh, thats why I go to braums now.
Not only were the people rude butIt was unsanitary.
