Carmella's Italian Ice Co. - Loxley

We walked in and were welcomed by a friendly staff member named Alisha, who was incredibly polite and helpful. She patiently guided us as we decided on our flavors. I chose a big cone with coconut and raspberry, while my partner opted for a cup of mango and vanilla. We had to enjoy them quickly because of the sweltering heat, but that only added to the delightful experience. In September, we plan to return for round two! I highly recommend that everyone visiting Bath make sure to try their amazing ice creams; you definitely won’t be disappointed!

When I inquired about the availability of one of the flavors, the response was "probably not" delivered in a tone that suggested I was being unreasonable for even asking. This made us feel uncomfortable, and we just wanted to wrap up our order as quickly as possible. As for the ice cream, the flavors looked interesting and diverse at first glance. The texture was lovely and creamy, and the base was good quality vanilla. However, the flavors themselves were not very pronounced and were hard to distinguish. We tried four flavors—Maltesers, Kit Kat, crème caramel, and Biscoff—and unfortunately, they all tasted quite similar, except for the odd taste of the Kit Kat. There seems to be a recurring issue with the rude service, which definitely needs to be addressed.

My children say it's the best ice cream they have ever had. Mint chocolate chip was a favorite. They also serve crows.

Real gelato like the last time I had it a few years ago in italien, we like to come back with the children.

It was good ice cream though nothing extraordinary. I questioned eating Italian ice cream in Bath. I should have gone for the more local choice. But a few people recommended that we buy our ice cream there.
