Wendy's - Loxahatchee

This location is much better than the one in Crestwood.

After placing a sizable order, I was instructed to pull forward. I ordered two "4 for $4" meals, but when the manager brought my bag out, everything was crammed into one bag. I went back to the drive-thru to sort my food properly. When I got home, I realized there were no spoons or crackers for my chili. I went back to the window, and the manager casually stuck her head out and said, "What's up?" Excuse me, but where is the customer service? This experience was truly disappointing. Maybe they need to turn off the loud music so they can focus on getting things right. Shaking my head at this place!

The restaurant had a pleasant and clean atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was both tasty and served hot. I was really impressed.

The food at this location is good but the customer service is not the best. The drive thru takes 20 min with only three cars is line.

No complaints on any thing, good service, good fast food and clean dinning
