Burger King - Loxahatchee

This situation has always been good. The ride thru line is sometimes secured to so far, vehicles block traffic only try to get in and out of the shopping center entrance. Inside is never a long line.

The manager was a super sweet lady who made her my day. She didn't even know me and she went out of her way to give me my drink and fries for free, it was super sweet. It deserves an increase or a promotion. She had excellent customer service skills, she was sweet and polite. The world needs more people like them. Thank you for serving me today! The whole facility here was super-politic, friendly and clean. All the workers have done everything!

Absolutely disgusting. They put a burnt cold patty on all my burgers. I would never go there again. You expect things to be made fresh but believe me they are not. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They should change all the employees and put people more dedicated to their work. I asked for a whoper, no pickle, no onion, and no mustard, and they added everything extra. I asked for the fresh fries, they give them cold. hot fries but I couldn't eat them they added a lot of salt to them, no employee or manager should have because when they gave me the fries he was laughing evilly I won't go to that restaurant again and I go to BK a lot what a shame to talk about me like that favorite restaurant thanks I hope they do something to fix it.
