What Laura R doesn't like about China Sky Inc:
Food taste like smelly feet, Service is disgustingly rude , they talk to you like they 're annoyed that you came in and have the manners of a cave person !! In all fairness a cave person didn 't know better The ambiance!! Haha I don 't think they know the meaning or the intelligence to know how to have that ! Karen is friendly and strives to prepare your dishes exactly as you like them. Vegetables and meats are always fresh, and sauces are flavorful, whether you choose spicy or mild. Karen goes out of her way to make sure that mine are always hot-n-spicy, and they do it right! I always look forward to going to China Sky once a week. Vegetarian options: Practically any dish can be made without meat. Parking: There’s always plenty of parking in the parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: From the parking lot, wheelchairs can move through the special shallow ramps. However, the door to China Sky is not automatic-open. Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian options, and no MSG. Ok, so I tried again. This time I used DoorDash to get food. I have some allergen issues so I actually called the restaurant BEFORE I pushed the order button on DoorDash. I spoke to the young man, I told him I 'm allergic to shrimp, please no shrimp in the house special lo mein. Extra chicken or pork instead is fine, but no shrimp. I told him that at least three times and each time he acknowledged No Shrimp. I said ok I 'm gonna place the order with DoorDash and I also included No shrimp please in the special instructions . still to my surprise when the food is delivered there are shrimp. Shrimp in both orders. So I call to complain. Granted I could have got in my car and drove there to complain in person, but I used DoorDash so I could stay home and relax after a very tiring day. Anyway on the phone they tell me they would give me a free meal next time I come in. And as nice as that is, that doesn 't help me tonight with no dinner to eat. I can 't simply take out the shrimp and eat it, unless Im planning on spending a few nights in the emergency room with an anaphylactic reaction. I 'm sooooo disappointed in China Sky. I 've been going there 10 years and although it was never amazing , they were at least competent. I fail to understand how someone can repeat no shrimp to me three times, read it also on the order print out and then put shrimp in it anyway. I just can 't understand that.
