Mcdonald's - Lowville

Ordered 2 quarter pounder meals and burgers were raw. called and they say come back next day for 2 free. go back and raw again! wont be returning!

Ordered a double quarter pounder meal and the burger was raw.

Got home my daughter's chicken nuggets was missing in her happy meal and two weeks ago my wife wanted hamburgers with no onions they were cheeseburgers in hamburger wrappers with the order receipt on it said no onions and they had onions on them

Can never seem to get my simple order right. Even after not giving this location our business for over a year. As many times as I've brought issues to many manager's attention nothing is corrected. I do not want free food. I want you to ensure that these repetitive mistakes are not made again by coaching, validating, and properly training your team. Only Cheese and Onions on a burger means only cheese and Onions. Not ketchup and a few pieces of lettuce, which is in fact cross contamination and could be cross contact if I were allergic to ketchup. The label on the box even says what I ordered! If you're looking for a quick bite to eat in Lowville I highly recommend Arby's over McDonalds.

There must be a shortage of potatoes. My Large fries could have easily fit in one of those small fry wrappers
