I tried to call to inquire about the menu, but all I got was a recorded message. While there are options for vegans and vegetarians, it seems that gluten-free choices are not available.

I ordered a full English breakfast, but it arrived on a cold plate with all the food barely warm and several items missing, including mushrooms, beans, and blac... read more I ordered a full English breakfast, but it arrived on a cold plate with all the food barely warm and several items missing, including mushrooms, beans, and black pudding. I sent it back, but when it returned, the temperature was still the same as before. I ended up leaving the meal and exiting the café without having eaten. At no point did any staff member come over to address our concerns. It seemed like coffee, tea, and pastries were their main focus. As a resident of Lowestoft, I won't be returning to this establishment.

There was a long line at the counter, and... read more I walked in and was greeted by dirty tables; it was very busy, but you would expect at least the tables to be cleared. There was a long line at the counter, and after waiting for 10 minutes with no progress, I decided to leave and now I'm sitting in Starbucks instead. I would recommend avoiding this place as there is absolutely no customer service.

We walked round Lowestoft on Sunday looking for a nice place to eat and could not find anything so decided to get in the car and find a pub on the way home to W... read more We walked round Lowestoft on Sunday looking for a nice place to eat and could not find anything so decided to get in the car and find a pub on the way home to Walberswick. We took the wrong turn and at the end of an industrial estate found a lovely park with 2 restaurants in, both looked nice, and we picked Martello's. Restaurant was clean and staff pleasant it was pretty much full and after eating lunch there can understand why the food was well prepared and delicious. We were all pleasantly surprised.
