So this is absolutely the epitome of the old school diner. no franchise. The proper breakfast, and a common breakfast meeting place for business. Dinner specials, classics like liver and onions, fish and chips and always clean even though there is a deep fryer going non stop. Dinner is the same as lunch, classic diner food with locals cooking, serving and cleaning the dishes. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hellas Diner:
Service was quick and the food came very fast. The sand which wasn't overly hot though. There doesn't appear to be a sound system as we are in complete silence. My only huge turn off was to see one of the waitresses carrying 2 dirty glasses off a table by the dirty rims. I absolutely love the food at this restaurant. People are being a bit too critical about the owner's personal life. Eating here is not mandatory, but the fish and chips are consistently the best around. Thank you for the delicious meals!
I may not have even thought about eating here had it not been for the recent publicity. Perfect fish and chips! Killer slaw! Down to earth staff! Looking forward to eating here more often! Thanks Hella's!
The restaurant offers fast service and delicious food. It's a great spot to enjoy a homemade meal.
The seafood at this restaurant is excellent. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. John, the owner, welcomed us warmly as if we were old friends. Today, we were treated to a complimentary cup of delicious fish chowder and apple crumble with chocolate ice cream.
