Long John Silver's Kfc (c072002)

The food at this restaurant was terrible. It seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, causing the chicken to become dry and leather-like. The French fries were greasy and limp. The only saving grace was the friendly staff. I won't be returning to this place.

I tried the KFC side dish at this restaurant. The chicken had a stale taste and the service was lacking.

The chicken pieces were very small. The flavor was okay. I ordered a thigh and it came with potatoes and a cookie.

KFC has sure changed throughout the years. The food tast good staff was not all that friendly.

Customer Service is lacking but I feel for employees today just wish when they got a polite customer they responded with courtesy instead of pent up irritation
