North Fresh Sushi is the best sushi I've had in Salem. Do not be scared because it's a food truck, the guy who owns it brings in fresh fish every day. I go here weekly for lunch. The sushi here is fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. I visited today to enjoy some sushi and checked their website for hours, which stated they closed at 8 PM. I arrived around 6:45 PM, only to be told by the staff that they were already closed. The employee's attitude was not very welcoming either. Despite this frustrating experience, the sushi itself is excellent. View all feedback.
The guy there was super rude and the sushi he gave us had been sitting on the counter for the past 15 minutes (he wasn't calling people when the food was ready). The sushi was ok but his attitude (general toolbag) made us never want to eat there again.
They have the best sushi so I keep coming back but I will say I have never had worse customer service than this place. Very rude to customers which is strange as we are supporting your business they seem like the are annoyed every time I order. But best sushi so I look the other way.
Worst customer service. Would talk to my boyfriend but not me. Literally never made eye contact with me the entire time I made my order.
Really disappointed... I 've been coming to this sushi place since the yard opened and the last few times haven 't been pleasant. I have supported them for so long, I spent almost $80 on sushi the other day and the girl was super sweet. Then my order was wrong so I told the young guy about it and he looked at me like I was stupid and said give me 5 minutes with the worst attitude. I figured he had a bad day so I let it go. Well after he finished making the sushi he messed up he said here and dropped the sushi on the counter. I will not be coming back due to the fact I was supporting a local business and they obviously did not appreciate it. It 's not hard to be nice to people paying your bills.
