Open During Quarantine!!!See photos for their new hours.Great food, great atmosphere, and a great big heart towards the city of Salem. While I first heard about Cafe Shine because they open their doors and provide a free meal for the homeless once a month, I was pleased to know that they serve EVERYONE during their regular business hours. Such a nice relaxing atmosphere inside. Easy handicapped access, and a better place to catch a meal than the food court in the mall. Such a clean, caring and classy little Cafe that is easily overlooked if you're not aware of their peaceful dining experience. Quick service, great food, affordable, and nestled right in the middle of the downtown shopping experience. The fact that they also give back to the community is just the icing on the cake for this little jewel in downtown Salem.
Love this place. So peaceful and delicious drinks. Bless this amazing cafe
