I usually order birthday cakes from the location on Market Street, but recently moved so this was the closest location so I tried it.The ice cream cake was made upside down. The ice cream was the base and the dry cake was the upper portion.Trying to cut and serve the cake was a mess as the ice cream was sticking to the base.Will not be ordering from this location again and will be going back to Market Street, even if it is a longer drive.

Absolutely the slowest baskins. they’ve got a manager on duty who’s a straight ahole. Do not come here if you expect any type of customer service. You’ll be waiting 25 minutes for your 1 scoop of ice cream, while dealing with the extremely rude manager who obviously needs a new profession

I came here twice early thinking they are open at 10 and they are still closed an hour later. Why do they say they open at 10am when they don’t. I’d rather drive to west salem one that opens at 9:30. CHANGE YOUR TIME so you don’t trick people into coming early
