The empanadas and pupusas are fantastic, and the owner and staff are very friendly. I don't remember what the sauce is called that comes with the empanadas, but yes it will send you to mars and back. We stopped by this food truck for lunch. The food from Panama and Columbia sounds interesting! The fried red snapper looks delicious, however we took some pupusa and pork ribs. The owner was very friendly. We had to wait long to get the food. They prepare the food fresh. The pupusa was too good. However, the fried ribs were a bit tough and oily to us. When it comes to restaurants, customer service is key. I ran into Tito today and was not disappointed. Customer service was excellent and food was really good. I will be back.
