Kfc - Lowell

It's a mixed experience. The chicken sandwich is quite good, but the original chicken tends to be salty and greasy. I personally prefer the crispy chicken. The fries, however, are disappointing; they go stale very quickly and there are way too many of them. I really miss the potato wedges they used to serve.

I'd like to clarify something: not everyone enjoys sour cream on their tacos. When someone orders a regular taco, they mean just that—not a supreme taco. It seems there may be a misunderstanding in communication. The person who took my order got it right, but the kitchen didn't prepare it correctly, which isn't good service. If your staff struggles with comprehension, perhaps you should consider hiring people who can communicate better.

As a lifelong customer of this particular KFC, I’ve rarely had a bad experience until today. The two-piece combo I ordered was disappointing. The chicken was tough and hard to chew, lacking flavor. Although the mashed potatoes and gravy looked appealing, they tasted like paste. I’m left wondering what went wrong.

Right now I just placed an order for the first time at KFC and they have treated me badly. I went through the drive thru and didn't listen when the person asked me about my order. So I went to the window and explained that I didn't listen and theperson treated me very badly and spoke to me in front of my children very ugly. I felt horrible, I had to order because my kidswere hungry but I will NEVER eat KFC again. I feel that because I am Latina, I was discriminated against.

I had to go to the bathroom really bad and I wanted to wash my hands plus not eat greasy food in my car with leather seats. They have had the Lobby closed for so long it's ridiculous. Attention KFC people do not want to be pigs and eat constantly in theircars.
