The two-piece combo I ordered was disappoin... read more As a long-time customer of this KFC, I have rarely experienced any issues with my meals, but today was an exception. The two-piece combo I ordered was disappointing. The chicken was tough and hard to chew, and lacked flavor. Although the mashed potatoes with gravy looked appetizing, they tasted like paste. I can't help but wonder what went wrong today.

Unfortunately, the food from the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered two famous bowls, two drinks, and potato wedges. The only thing that was right was the wedges. One of the famous bowls had a piece of cardboard in it, and both bowls had way more popcorn chicken than potato or corn. There was no gravy at all, and the drinks were not right either. I ordered two Mountain Dews, and they tasted very different—one was like plain carbonated water, while the other tasted like lemonade mixed with Hi-C.

I went through the drive-thru, but the staff didn’t pay attention when I was placing my order from the menu. When I approached the window to clarify, the employee spoke to me very rudely, and this happened right in front of my children. It was a horrible experience. I ordered only because my kids were hungry, but I will NEVER eat at KFC again. I truly feel I was discriminated against because I am Latina.

It’s unac... read more I urgently needed to use the restroom and wanted to wash my hands before eating, especially since I didn’t want greasy food on my car’s leather seats. It’s unacceptable that the KFC lobby has been closed for such a long time. KFC, please consider reopening the lobby—customers don’t want to feel like pigs eating constantly in their cars. Also, it would be great to have a clear menu available inside.

The chicken was tough and chewy, with little flavor. While the mashed potatoes and gravy looked inviting, they tasted oddly bland, like paste. I'm left questioning what happened.
