The two-piece combo I ordered was disappointing. The chicken was tough and hard to chew, and lacked flavor. Although the mashed potatoes with gravy looked appetizing, they tasted like paste. I can't help but wonder what went wrong today.

It s... read more I want to make something clear: not everyone likes sour cream on their tacos. When someone orders a regular taco, they expect just that—not a supreme taco. It seems like there was a misunderstanding. The person who took my order understood it correctly, but the kitchen didn’t prepare it right, which reflects poor service. If your staff has trouble understanding, it might be worth considering hiring individuals with better communication skills.

The chicken sandwich was quite tasty, but the original chicken was often too salty and greasy for my taste. I personally prefer the crispy chicken. Unfortunately, the fries were a letdown; they go stale very quickly and there are just too many of them. I really miss the potato wedges they used to serve.
