This restaurant offers everything you could desire for breakfast and more. If you're craving hash browns, you're in for a treat—these are exactly what you want: crispy, golden-brown, perfectly seasoned, and not greasy at all; they’re absolutely delicious! The ambiance is lovely, the service is exceptional, and the food is fantastic. View all feedback.
A hidden gem in a small little town. Exemplifies the service that you can expect only at family run diners. Excellent service, even came to checkin to see if everything was good and if the food came as expected. Eggs Benedict done perfectly with the right seasoning and poached eggs. Excellent place for breakfast and I am sure lunch sandwiches are great as well.. Wait for another review this afternoon.
Always great service, and food!Vegetarian options: Breakfast bowl
Really quaint breakfast spot that also serves lunch and dinner (and also has a liquor license). Our waitress was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel like we've been going there for years. Definitely a spot off the beaten path but they have parking available.I had the corned beef hash with toast and two eggs, and a side of 1 pancake. Everything was good. Definitely interested in trying their lunch/dinner!
This diner was finally open when I drove by. I stopped in for breakfast ... even though it was 12:15pm. LOVE breakfast all day.1 I HAD to get my own coffee!!!??? WHAT? And it was AWFUL coffee ...2 I asked about the menu said it was my first time visiting Hunter's. The girl ... young girl ... teens(? , said that the 2 eggs with meat DID come with potatoes, toast, 2 eggs, and choice of meat. It was $9.40. My receipt had $10.61 for my breakfast.I asked about it and was told you had potatoes ... that's extra. ??? I explained that I specifically ASKED and was told the breakfast came with potatoes, toast, eggs, and meat. They did take the $1.20 off the receipt. BUT it was a friggin ordeal!!!3 My food delivered pretty quick and COLD!??! I was the ONLY person in the restaurant that had ordered. The other 2 tables were eating their meals.4 The english muffin wasn't toasted ... it was warmed and barely browned on the edges and it was buttered and served. SMH ...5 The potatoes Country or breakfast potatoes NOT hash browns were BURNED!! BLACK ... Uuuggghhhh6 I ordered 1 pancake on the side and it was undercooked ... gooey and batter in the center.NOT a good experience. One done ... Not going back.
Stopped in for breakfast today and I was surprised to find out that they have been open for 5-1/2 years. The owner greeted us at the door and told us to sit wherever we wanted. I can't believe that I have lived in this area for many years and did not know this place existed. Breakfast is my favorites meal and this place did not disappoint. I had a cheese omelet with home fries, bacon, and toast which was excellent, and my wife had a breakfast sandwich which she enjoyed very much. The home fries were perfect and I have to say the best of any restaurant that I have visited. This is a family owned business that is done to perfection. If you are looking for atmosphere and frills this is not the place but if you are looking for great food and plain surroundings, this is definitely the place. Everything is fresh and cooked to order and I need mention that the coffee is also very good and fresh.I am sure that this will now be my favorite go to breakfast venue.
