Bought a bottle of what I thought was strawberry jam, but tasted disgusting. Came back to exchange and Harps policy is no exchange on open items. I won’t be back. View all feedback.

Honestly I forget this store is here. Went in for a birthday cake and we where very happy with the store. Plenty of space, no empty shelves and the bakery was amazing. The Carmel cake we got was amazing.
I like harps and this one is really nice but I bought 2 maple Jimmie Dean sausage one expired in May and one in July. They wouldn't exchange one of them bc I stupidly opened it and lost the receipt I just bought them yesterday morning. I even know who checked me out. Oh well i guess
I Love this Harps. It's always clean and the employees are always nice and helpful
Tore is so friendly and helpful I will go back just because of her.
