We haven't had much luck with commercialized BBQ restaurants until this one. This one is on a different level when it comes to a franchised restaurant. The food is just amazing. To make the experience even better, the level customer service that Rick and Jerry gives their customers is fantastic! It's like they are welcoming you into their home. What Ed Sartor doesn't like about Dickey's Barbecue Pit:
Won't be going back to Dickey's again. Ordered takeout online and picked it up at this location in Lowell, AR. My pulled pork was about 1/3 fat and my side of green beans was not in with my meal. My wife's meal was supposed to be a 2 meat plate which included 2 sides, but she only got one of the sides. Paid for an extra Texas toast which we did not get. Appears there is a reason this place shut down for good... Went by 2/24/23 to closed and locked doors. Sign says they are closed. My main complaint was that the food was $25-30/person. Ridiculous for a chain restaurant
I had to give the atmosphere a low rating because they had SpongeBob SquarePants playing on the t.v. LOL! Always love that BBQ though!!!
Totally ignored when I walked in to place family pack order. Then, once the staff finishes their conversation, was told “I will be with you in a minute” while the staff continued to chat. So I walked out. I’ll go anywhere else, but never here again
Tried to place an online order and my card had a hold put on it for some reason and it is not my bank everybody always says that I tried to contact Dickie customer service which was closed I tried to ask the restaurant for their advice they had no idea what I was talking about so I had to walk over in the cold after a long hard day and get the food myself I was going to spend $40 to meet the minimum requirement but since I walked over there to get it I only had to spend the $11 necessary so I guess they really lost out. No it was not my bank
