Was Buzz Sauve at Midway Duck Inn a mag?
The wait staff is outstanding. Lobster Fries very good as are the fritters. Steak is ok. The 7 layer salad with chicken and house dressing is worth ordering. The chicken and waffles are also very good albeit the chicken may have been a little over done for some, I liked it. Well worth the trip. Make reservations on the weekends. We will be back soon. What Josh Beats dislikes about Midway Duck Inn:
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant last Sunday. The waitstaff were quite rude, and the bar offered a limited selection with subpar wine. Overall, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. If you were considering dining here, I would recommend thinking twice. Expect to spend around $150 for an unsatisfying experience. First time dining here tonight. The food was great and service was wonderful. I had the crispy chicken sandwich with nashville hot added to it. My husband had the philly cheese steak sandwich. Then my kids had the mini corn dog kids meal and mac n cheese kids meal... they both cleared their plates and said they'd want to come back again (we don't always get that answer from them so it's worth noting). Very large portions, additional sides, and complimentary rolls to start. We didn't have reservations for a Saturday night. It was good we showed up before 6 because it really started filling up. Kid friendliness: Kid menus with coloring and cross word puzzle. Several great options like mac n cheese, cheese burger, chicken strips, and mini corndogs. Wheelchair accessibility: 2 way ramp to acess the building.

Staff is awesome. Fries cooked to a hard crisp. Chicken strips bland and nothing to brag about. Everyone else's food wasn't very good either. Pretty sad as I had high hopes for this place. The service was good enough that I'll consider stopping in again some day and see if maybe it was an off night
