Got the chunky monkey bowl although it looks beautiful the actual açaí doesn’t taste like anything. Maybeeeee like a super watered down version of Açaí but not like other bowls I’ve tried. Don’t think it’d go back for $11

I've been here twice. First time I felt Like the lady behind the counter wasn't very friendly when I let her know that this is my first time and I didn't know what order. I did try them again. I ordered online because it says that they open at 8 I showed up at 9:20 and the doors were locked. Nobody was there and I called 4 times after that to try to get somebody to explain that I had placed an order but nobody was there and I wanted a refund. No one answered the phone. The reason I'm giving this to 2 is because I did stop by and they gave me my refund, but no one ever reached out to me to say to apoligize that they opened late this day due to whatever reason.The young lady up front was really nice and she is the reason I'm giving this a two star instead of a one. Overall because they did not call me or answer the phone when I tried to reach out because they weren't open when they were supposed to be open is the reason I won't be coming back. They would have just kept my money and not have given me anything if I had not stopped by to get my refund.

Overall the taste is great. However, don’t bother ordering the 24oz size bc they will say they’re out of those cups but that they will put the extra in another cup which is fine with me. But they don’t actually give it to you. It’s happened 3 times now.

Ordered a drain grout smoothie, I can only taste bananas. Ordered in the app, said ready in 10, went inside an ended up having to wait
