Literally the worst location out of the whole entire chain. Lucky to get the right food and when you do it is awful and you only get half of what you pay for. Got chips and cheese and I literally got about 6 chips. What a joke. View all feedback.

This is my last time going here. Always missing something in my order and my food is always made wrong. Please shut down this location.
Perhaps the most rude service in the city of Rockford. I heard this place was bad, but I thought it was a fluke. It still sucks.
So when ordering I understand the card reader may not work but when the register doesn't even have enough money to make change for a sale and then you have to turn people away instead of getting money from the safe to fill the register what's the point of even opening the restaurant.
It's a Taco Bell. If you're looking for something that's not Taco Bell don't come here. This one is good because it is very clean and the service is good. The music is a little loud and rather strange. Other than that, we love it here. Love those cinnamon balls.
