The male manager talked offensive to me about not remaking my fish dinner that was not made right and fried to hard and I did not enjoy my meal and they almost forgot my dessert and cornbread. I had a problem with getting my fish fried hard 2 times at this place. The male manager and his employees are lacking care for there customers and laughing at people. Beware of the male manager that is at this establishment making your order wrong and not wanting to remake your food is wrong and not good customer service. So this place does not have good customer service and if they make your order wrong they will not remake it. Don’t recommend.

It may have been an off day for them, but the portions didn't measure up to their usual standards. The mac and cheese was dry and lacked the rich, cheesy flavor it normally has. The potato salad tasted pre-packaged, unlike their typical delicious homemade version. My wings were hard and dry, reminiscent of frozen wings from Walmart. The fries were undercooked and also dry. Overall, I was really unhappy with my meal, especially considering the nearly $42 price tag.

The male manager was quite rude during my last visit, and my order was incorrect. When I asked for a replacement for my overcooked fried fish, he refused and spoke to me disrespectfully. This made my meal quite unpleasant. To top it off, they nearly forgot my dessert and cornbread. This was the second time I experienced issues with the fish being overcooked. The manager and his staff seemed indifferent, even laughing at customers. I advise caution when dealing with this manager; it’s unacceptable to have your order messed up without any effort to correct it. The customer service here leaves much to be desired, and if they get your order wrong, you shouldn’t expect them to fix it. I do not recommend this restaurant.
