Ironically, I'm not ev... read more It was particularly disheartening because I approached them respectfully, yet received nothing but eye-rolling and a dismissive attitude. Ironically, I'm not even white; I'm Ojibwe, and while I may appear white-passing, the treatment I received was unjust. The whole incident was embarrassing for the staff and reflected poorly on the establishment. It seems like one of the two women may have been a manager, and it's troubling when management fosters an environment conducive to prejudice and unprofessionalism based on skin color. Before I left, I witnessed a similar confrontation where another customer, presumably a white woman, expressed her frustration at being treated poorly, only to be told to leave in a rude manner. While everyone is entitled to their feelings, personal opinions should not affect workplace interactions. I urge the owner to reflect on their hiring practices and to ensure that employees provide respectful and professional service. The behavior I observed could lead to serious repercussions if it continues, as it alienates customers and tarnishes the restaurant's reputation.

Gas prices seemed quite reasonable. There are ample pumps and parking spaces, along with easy access to the freeway. I also discovered a great deal on their own brand of energy drinks.
