Good experience while serving us late- open until midnight! No one really there at 10pm. Saw two tables over 1.5 hours somot was quiet. The sush rolls were all very good. I've eaten a lot of good sushi and everything I had was fresh. Ginger wasn't dyed and tons of rolls a plus! Seaweed salad was really good with added cukes and lettuce, and ginger dressing on house salad is so good. Great tempura shrimp app and miso... View all feedback.
SAYS YOU CLOSE AT 12am MIDNIGHT. Just Called at 9:32pm and They said they’re closing now. ??
A couple of my friends and I go out for sushi about every month or so, and this is our go to place when we want really nice quality sushi. It's been great every time and even when I get orders to go. They live in Fort Collins, but drive down here for sushi.
If you 're into sushi, Japanese cuisine, and eating with chopsticks, you 're going to love Sushi Jooa. We tried a variety of items, from the Heart Attack appetizer (the last thing to arrive at our table), to chicken teriyaki/spicy crab/yellowfish rolls, to salmon teriyaki and chicken udon. All were well prepared.

Only negatives were: no saltwater eel, the spider roll was only 5 pieces without the big legs sticking out which is my absolute favorite...and overall they need a restaurant face-lift and could be cleaner/nicer (table dirty and seat cover falling apart). Overall, great food and kind server!
A but overpriced for what you get. Food was OK nonetheless. A little above average but nothing special.
