Starbucks - Loveland

I recently purchased the smallest size of mango dragon fruit at this restaurant and the young man assisting me was extremely friendly and patient as I sorted through my change.

I usually enjoy going to this particular restaurant, but the experience I had this morning was disappointing. The espresso machine was not working properly and there was no sign informing customers of this issue. I also ordered a cheese Danish, but they were unable to heat it as they did not have a toaster. This should have been communicated before I made my purchase. The atmosphere with the employees did not meet the standard I expect from a Starbucks location. As a district manager myself, I would not take this review lightly. The management needs to set clearer expectations for customer service.

The restaurant had a notice indicating that they were out of many items, and there was no staff available to prepare the beverage.

One word that describes this place is awesome! They have drinks from teas to coffees to food. There food it like cake pops and sandwiches and good food and there drinks are awesome they have great teas my favorite it the Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher but they also have a really go Java chip frap that is delish and there double chocolate chip frap is great! Starbucks is awesome and have great service provider most of the time.
