Smashburger - Loveland

I have had smashburger multiple time with no issues until today. Ordered online for pickup. Arrived right at time I scheduled for food to be ready, we waited for 15 minutes to get 3 burgers 3 fries and 3 shakes. Left with bag they stapled shut I assumed my ordered was correct but when we opened bag found we were missing fries I paid for. The service we received was honestly less than disireable and missing food is quite irritating. I would highly recommend checking order before even leaving the restaurant.

Stellar burgers, French fries, and tatter tots that are always fresh, hot, and crispy. Fresh avocado every time on the burgers. Milkshakes that truly take you to a better place in the mind body and soul!

Great burger options and the tractor beverages are a reason I go there. They have an American style tempura (for lack of a better phrase I can think of) on the onion rings that I like too.

Literally every single time we go here they get our order wrong. Not just a little wrong either. They’ll bring out food that is completely wrong. I’ll order chicken and they’ll bring me a burger patty. Every time I order smash fries, they either forget to include fries entirely or will bring regular fries. The food isn’t cheap, so it’s pretty frustrating to not get what you ordered. I’m normally understanding about stuff like this, but I’ve run out of patience since it happens every time we go. Stay away from here unless you want to be served random food that you didn’t order.
